AIRPORT SHUTTLE INSTRUCTIONS

Upon departure from plane, go to nearset baggage claim. If you have "Checked luggage," retrieve it first.

Please call the DFW Marriott Airport North directly - hotel's main line (972)929-8800

The operator will ask the last name of the person calling and/or the people in the party.They will also ask the Baggage Claim Terminal you are located at, i.e. A16, C2.

You will be asked to take the escalator to the lower level and wait under a Grey "Courtesy VAN" sign.

Please allow for around 30 minutes from time of the call for pick up from the airport. As there may be others waiting for additonal shuttles, please wave to the shuttle driver when you see it come by so they know to stop.

The hotel shuttle is Primarily Black with Red/White lettering. The shuttle reads DALLAS/FORT WORTH AIRPORT MARRIOTT NORTH. Please note that there is also a South Location. Please ensure that you are boarding the correct shuttle.

We are less than 1 mile outside the North entrance to the Airport.

If arriving from Love Field you must arrange your own transportation: You may contact Allen Limousine. They offer town cars, stretch limousines,vans & mini buses. Our negotiated rate is normally less than taking a cab!

Call ahead or make a reservation online. Allen Limousine will monitor your flight (checking for delays) and will be waiting for you at the airport upon landing. All of their cars have personalized Texas license plates that will say ALLEN + Car number, as well as Allen Limousine in the back of their sedans. Participants and their guests will then be whisked off to the Marriott to begin an exciting Expo weekend.

Total cost will be $20 per person one-way or $38 per person round trip. It does not include a gratuity. Must be booked & prepaid in advance.

For groups of 4 or more, they will send a stretch limousine and for smaller groups they will send either a town car, stretch limousines or a mini bus depending on time of arrival and availability.

They will only wait 15 minutes at the airport for other flight(s) if shared, and they will not make any other stops on the way to the Marriott.
